My name is Julie and first & foremost I am Mam to Tara and Aoife (almost grown-ups …. but always my babies).

My background is in early years care and education. I am a qualified Montessori and Steiner Waldorf Kindergarten teacher. I ran my own preschool in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford from 1996-2022, which has been inspired by the pedagogy of Rudolf Steiner. I am delighted to be able to combine my passions …. working with babies, children and their families in early years education and my doula work, using yoga, mindfulness, baby massage & nurturing touch while promoting compassion to self and others. I am especially passionate about supporting women in their pregnancy, fourth trimester, postpartum and the years of parenting afterwards.
