Hello, my name is Aisling Fallon and I am a fully qualified Birth and Postpartum Doula with a passion for helping families navigate the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. As a mother of two young children myself, I understand the joys and challenges that come with bringing new life into the world.
My love and passion to becoming a Doula started as I journeyed through my pregnancy with my first child. I was fascinated by the process of growing a baby, giving birth, and exploring the ups and downs associated with the postpartum phases. I attended childbirth classes, read books, and spoke with other mothers about their experiences. When my daughter was born, I was amazed by the power of the human body and the incredible support I received from my partner, family and birth team.
After my own positive birth experiences, I felt inspired to help other families have the same kind of empowering and fulfilling experiences. I trained as a Doula with The Birth Bliss Academy. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
As a Doula, my role is to provide emotional and practical support to families as they navigate the journey of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I believe that every family deserves to feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout this transformative time in their lives. I work closely with my clients to help them understand their options and make informed decisions that are right for them and their baby/babies.
My approach to doula care is kind, caring, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for families to share their fears, hopes, and dreams. As an avid gym goer and active mum, I have always been determined to maintain my own hobbies for both my own wellbeing and that of my children and husband. As a Doula, I feel is it vitally important to be a constant support in helping, encouraging and assisting mums find a good balance between their own passions and their new life as a mum.
I am a great listener and am always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Whether it’s helping a mother cope with labour pains, assisting a family with breastfeeding, or simply providing a listening ear, I am dedicated to helping families have the best possible experience during this special time in their lives.
Thank you for considering me as your Doula, I would be honoured to be a part of your journey and am happy to discuss any queries you may have.
