I am a DONA trained Birth and Postpartum Doula and a certified GentleBirth Instructor. I live in Kildare with my husband and four beautiful children.

I am passionate about supporting women and their partners, without judgement, in a way that helps them to feel empowered, safe and cared for. I also believe in nurturing the family unit as it grows, helping to make each transformation as easy and relaxed as possible.
